"Living on a Blind Pension, I have always found it difficult to cook and prepare my main meal of the day. When I moved up from NSW, i initially used the local Meals on Wheels, but found the food was too bland, and cooked indifferently from one week to the next. When Hearty Foods came along, I decided to give it a try, and have been a loyal customer ever since. I find the menu is quite varied, delicious and excellently prepared at a very reasonable cost. Provided they keep up both the quality and variety, I will always be a very happy customer."

The variety is tremendous with a great range of different meals covering various national cuisines. The meals also come in different sizes to suit different nutritional needs. The deserts also deserve a very positive mention, they are Delicious. "I have just enjoyed the most delicious lamb dish. (Hearty Foods – Moroccan Lamb) The flavours were out of this world and the lamb melted in my mouth. My partner had the Satay Chicken which she said was very tasty and the chicken was extremely moist and tender. I would highly recommend their meals as a healthy alternative to take away. I also gladly offered to do the dishes which consisted of two knives and forks. Now it does not get much better than that! Thanks Hearty Foods."

"Cooking is the last thing on your mind when you’re is constant pain and hurt, a frozen meal is the best way. I have tried many frozen brands of frozen meals and they don’t taste any good until I came across hearty foods WOW! They are good meals very tasty and fresh, thank you Alex and Chantal.
