Q: Can I order online if I have a home care package?
A: You will need to contact us first on 5442 7489 for this to be set up for you. (It is best to call us on 5442 7489 to place your first order)
Q: How are these meals delivered?
A: All the meals arrive to your door frozen inside a cardboard box
Q: Do we need to be home for the delivery?
A: Yes it’s recommended you are to be home to receive your box of meals or not too far away. If you are planning not be be home at the time of delivery then please leave an esky so we can unload your meals into it.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: We generally stick to the same delivery route each day so the delivery time is approximately the same each time. If you need to find out the approximate time we deliver to you in your area please contact us.
Q: Can these meals be heated in the oven?
A: Yes. They can be heated in either the microwave or oven in the container without removing the film cover. Heating instructions are printed on the label.
Q: Do you have Gluten Free Meals and Lactose free meals?
A: Yes, we have a large range of Gluten Free Dishes. Please feel free to call to discuss your special dietary needs.
Q: Are the meals diabetic friendly?
A: Yes, our meals are low in sugar and low in fat. Please feel free to call 07 5442 7489 to discuss your special dietary needs.
